Are any purchases final?
Yes, some purchases may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Most products at Vedoy Collective are made individually after an order is placed, and such items may be non-returnable. Even so, we review requests individually and always do our best to find a fair solution.
When will I receive my order?
Because our products are made to order, production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times then vary depending on the product and destination, and international orders may take approximately 5–30 business days after dispatch. When available, you will receive updates throughout the process. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
As most items are made to order, changes or cancellations are generally only possible before production begins. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible, though in some cases we may still be able to assist depending on the item and its condition. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will always do our best to find the most suitable solution.
